Representation authorization — version 2026-09 1. Purpose. I authorize The PR Club to present and represent me before brands, agencies and advertisers in order to arrange commercial content-creation collaborations. 2. Commission. On each collaboration closed through The PR Club, The PR Club receives 20% of the amount agreed with the brand. The commission does not apply to deals I close on my own without The PR Club's involvement. 3. Non-exclusive. This authorization is not exclusive. I may work with other representatives and close direct deals. 4. Revocation. I may revoke this authorization at any time by writing to hola@thepr.club. Revocation does not affect collaborations already closed or negotiations under way at the time of revocation. 5. My data. I authorize The PR Club to publish a profile on thepr.club with my name, description, social accounts and the public metrics from my media kit. My phone number and email are NOT published: The PR Club uses them only to contact me. 6. Accuracy. The information I provide is true. Figures marked as verified come from my VoxVu media kit and correspond to the date shown next to them. 7. The service is free. The PR Club may charge in the future for the use of the space on thepr.club, with advance notice. Any such charge would be separate from the commission in point 2.
